Reactions from classroom teachers, instructional coaches, and district leaders across the United States. Real names. Real classrooms. No edits except length.
"You get tools and strategies you can apply immediately, as in, the very next day. I've been around the block a few times and I've never seen anything like this."
This was the best logical presentation on discipline I've had in twenty-three years of teaching. I have practical ideas I can use immediately. He demonstrated great knowledge of classroom practices, management, and what life is actually like in the classroom. So few do.
The classroom management seminar was one of the most immediately useful workshops I've ever taken. Even after twenty years in the classroom.
I was going to retire this year. Tired of all the nonsense, tired of students who don't pay attention. This seminar has given me great ideas to put into my classroom. I think I'll be around a few more years. Thank you.
All the concepts and ideas presented were logical, practical, and had the best interest of all students in mind. I really enjoyed the day and have a new outlook on classroom management. I recommend this to anyone who works with children.
I had previously worked with my teachers to implement engagement strategies, but they had to go back, put things together, and come up with their own approaches. This program is different. When the teacher leaves the training, they're able to implement these strategies in their classrooms the next day.
Your presentation was awesome. You brought energy, fun, and excitement, and all of us who attended have not looked back. You truly helped me create the environment in which we want our kids to learn.
If you are a true teacher, this program is what you believe in. These programs and strategies are designed to bring instant student motivation and engagement back into the classroom.
I am a student teacher, and today was my first day on the job. I couldn't think of a more valuable thing to learn at the beginning of a stressful time in my own education. Thank you.
Practical, immediate, and grounded in real classrooms. My team left with strategies they were using on Monday morning. Best engagement-focused PD we've ever brought in.
The strategies for the out-of-control student alone were worth the day. I walked in skeptical and walked out with a system I've used every week since.
My students are now engaged in ways I couldn't have imagined six months ago. The storytelling and randomization techniques alone changed my entire approach to lesson planning.
After thirty years in the profession, I thought I'd seen every classroom management PD. This was different. Real strategies, real respect for the work we do, and real results in my room within a week.
